Kununnara / Gibb river road

Day 46. On Thursday we went for another bike ride then we went for a drive down the Gibb River Road. It was a very very very bumpy road. We went to a carpark with a trail, we had to walk the trail at the end of the trail was a Very refreshing hot springs and it had miniature waterfalls so we climbed them and at the top of each waterfalls was a mini place like a spa. Each time you climbed higher it became warmer and warmer.After our swim we walked back to the car and went to the ElQuestro Station township and we had a picnic lunch. Then we went back to Kununnara on the bumpy bumpy bumpy road. Dad was happy we didnt puncture a tyre in the car.

Day 45. On Wednesday we travelled 347km from Vitoria River to Kununnara. The total of that was 6192km. We also crossed the border security (quarantine) into Western Australia.We had to turn our clocks back 1 1/2 hours. We stayed at the 5 star Ivanhoe Big4 Caravan Park. We went for a ride then we went for a swim in the pool. We went to bed early because we were not used to the time that day.

Day 44-45 JUNE 29-30

DAY 44-JUNE 29THToday we are camping in National Park campground where tonight me and Adam will be sleeping in the tent. It is very hot up here and there a quite a lot of insects. At night we watched the stars and we spotted 4 satellites and 3 shooting stars. Also before we went to bed we went for a little nighttime bushwalk and we saw 3 little what we think was cane toads.
DAY 45-JUNE 30THOn Wednesday we had crossed the border from Northern Territory to Western Australia and now we have turned our clocks 1 1/2 hours back
(2 hours if you are down in Victoria). We decided to stay at a 5 star resort in Kununnara. Later that day we rode our bikes around and we went for a swim in the pool. Kilometres 6192.
